How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Studio, no credit card required. When the trial ends you keep all your data and drop to the Free plan — upgrade whenever you are ready.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
What happens to my estimates if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your estimates are your data. On the Free plan you can keep 3 estimates active and archive the rest — archived estimates remain readable and can be unarchived any time.
Do I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes. Paddle, our merchant of record, issues a compliant invoice for every payment and handles VAT or sales tax for your country automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We refund any subscription payment in full if you ask within 30 days of that payment — monthly or annual, first payment or renewal, no reason needed. Request it at paddle.net or email support@estimake.it. See our refund and payment policy for the detail.
